Antique Gloria scales kitchen scales enamelled scale Art Nouveau 1900
This is an antique Gloria kitchen scale with an enamel dial from the Art Nouveau period. The front part of the scale is made of cast iron and the semicircular box at the back is made of sheet metal.
Stamp: a mark (hand holding a scale) is located on the front of the enamel sign. There is also the information Gloria.
Dimensions with plate: high approx. 30.00 cm. Approximately 18.50 cm long and 8.50 cm wide. Bowl diameter approximately 21.50 cm. Weighs: 1450g.
Condition: used, nevertheless in good condition. The enamel has no splashes or chips. The pointer is slightly curved. The paint has become worn through use, even partially chipped off. The scale would have to be cleaned and readjusted once. The plate is heavily used and rusty.
