Antique mortar with pestle brass
This is a solid apothecary mortar. The antique mortar and pestle are made of brass. The parts are used, but in good condition. The mortar and pestle have age-appropriate signs of wear. Due to use, the mortar cracked in one place and was professionally repaired at the time. The pieces have light scratches and dents, especially on the bottom of the mortar. The specimens are tarnished and unpolished. The mortar is about 13.80 cm high and has a diameter of 12.40 cm at the top and 9.00 cm at the bottom. The pestle is about 18.50 cm long. Both weigh 2858 g.
