Pius medal in “Gold”, new model, since 1979. The medal in “Gold” is awarded for 35 years as a member of a “Sainte-Cécile” choral society or for active participation in the service of sacred music. The medal, made of gilded metal, shows the bust of Pope Pius X, patron of the Union, in pontifical robe and covered with a cap. The whole is surrounded by the inscription: S. PIUS X PATRUNOS - / - UNIONIS MUSICAE SACRAE DIOEC LUXEMBURGENSIS. On the lapel there is a treble clef lying on an organ surrounded by the legend: CANTATE - DOMINO - / - CANTICUM - NOVUM. Diameter: 35mm. Ribbon: yellow-white (half-half) Width: 30mm.
Die Medaille ist in einem guten Zustand und befindet sich in seiner originalen Kiste. Am Band befindet sich der Pins mit dem Portrait des Papstes.
