The price of sending includes insurance for loss, theft or damage up to a maximum amount of:
Zones Luxembourg, Europe 1 (except Andorra), Europe 2 only Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Czech Republic et from World 1 only Unites States of America and Russia : €530
All other countries: variable by destination, €50 per parcel and €5.50 per kg plus shipping costs.

Parcels up to 10 kg are exempt from VAT.
Parcels over 10,01 kg are subject to VAT at 17%.

Dimensions and weights
Parcels cannot be smaller than the minimum dimensions required for letters.
Dimensions :
Max L = 1.5 m and L + T = 3 m
Maximum weight 1 : variable depending on destination.
For parcels sent outside the European Union, to Switzerland and Norway you must complete a customs declaration and add an invoice in duplicate, and if necessary attach an import licence or certificate of origin of goods. If the value of the contents of your parcel exceeds €1,239, you must attach an export certificate.
It is also your responsibility to contact the customs authorities for information on any additional taxes.
